Louise is a business process and project management professional with a unique ability to drive operational and organizational change. She holds an MBA from Queen’s university, is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional and has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Louise began her career at the Royal Bank of Canada where she was responsible for the process redesign and automation of the bank’s global banking infrastructure. After leaving the bank, she spent over a decade undertaking several successful entrepreneurial ventures.
In 2004, Louise began her first stint at SATOV Consultants, specializing in process engineering, project management and post-merger integration across financial services, healthcare and business services sectors. Louise later spent several years specializing in helping organizations with process and operational improvements.
Over the past several decades, she has volunteered her time and skills across a variety of different organizations. She is an International Wildlife Preservationist and has previously served as the International Development Officer for organizations in both Africa and India.
