Alim’s project experience includes corporate strategy, operations strategy and marketing optimization. He has worked with various industries including life sciences, telecommunications and private equity. Internally he also supports SATOV’s knowledge management. He has an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He is also a sports and music enthusiast.

Internally he supports SATOV’s private equity practice. He has an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He enjoys playing hockey and tennis in his spare time.
Project and Process Lead
Carolyn’s experience includes projects in process improvement, performance management, implementation and sales effectiveness. She has worked with various industries including financial services, telecommunications and sports management. Internally she also supports SATOV’s marketing. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management. She is also an avid horseback rider and continues to coach and compete whenever possible.
Project and Process Specialist
Louise is a business process and project management professional with a unique ability to drive operational and organizational change. She holds an MBA from Queen’s university, is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional and has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Louise began her career at the Royal Bank of Canada where she was responsible for the process redesign and automation of the bank’s global banking infrastructure. After leaving the bank, she spent over a decade undertaking several successful entrepreneurial ventures.
In 2004, Louise began her first stint at SATOV Consultants, specializing in process engineering, project management and post-merger integration across financial services, healthcare and business services sectors. Louise later spent several years specializing in helping organizations with process and operational improvements.
Salman’s project experience includes commercial due diligence, corporate growth strategy, and loyalty transformation. He has worked across several industries including retail, manufacturing, and power generation. His past work experience entailed working at a telecommunications company and a professional services firm. Salman holds a BBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Outside of work, he enjoys playing various sports, video games, and board games. He also loves watching new shows and movies and has a recently-found passion for travelling.
Natasha’s project experience includes corporate growth strategy and commercial due diligence. She has worked in various industries including retail, IT and manufacturing. Internally she supports SATOV’s financial services practice. Natasha has an Honours Financial Mathematics degree and a BBA from the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. She loves spending time in the kitchen with new recipes and getting outdoors to stay active.
Kevin’s project experience includes quantitative retail forecasting and commercial due diligence. Internally, he supports SATOV’s analytics practice by leading machine learning training sessions and developing web scraping tools to enhance research techniques. He holds an HBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
Outside of work, he mentors undergraduate students in statistics and math. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the city, diving into new technology and developing models to optimize various aspects of his life.
Tyler’s project experience includes corporate strategy. He holds a degree in commerce from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. Outside of work, he is passionate about following professional sports, playing tennis and keeping up with current events.
Ben is currently completing a dual degree in Chemistry and Business at Western University and the Ivey Business School. He is interested in corporate strategy and pharmaceuticals. Outside of school, Ben spends his time rock climbing and following professional sports.
Dante is currently pursuing a dual degree in engineering and business at Western University and the Ivey Business school. He is interested in private equity and healthcare. Outside of work, he is passionate about following professional sports, playing and instructing golf and keeping an active lifestyle.
Jack is currently pursuing a double degree in Economics and Political Science at McGill University. He is interested in the financial markets, technology, and follows current events religiously. Outside of work and school, he plays sports, writes columns for an online publication and is an avid concert-goer.
Business Relationship Manager, Private Equity
Justin brings a deep customer-centric approach to SATOV, with several years of experience across various roles within the investment industry. His previous experience entails working at a $2B Toronto based asset manager, a hedge fund & private equity focused fund administrator, and a global mutual fund company. Justin holds an LL.B. from the University of Leicester law school and a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario. Outside of work, when Justin isn’t on the ice, he is an active participant in various charitable endeavours.
Tony has been part of the senior management team at SATOV since 2008 and brings over 30 years of senior management and leadership experience to his role as Controller. Having honed his skills in both multinational corporations and private companies, Tony is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations at SATOV, including finance, accounting, legal, HR and technology.
As an entrepreneurial, results-oriented and dynamic executive, Tony is an invaluable member of the senior management team. With his persuasive, energetic leadership style, he can always be counted on to ‘get it done’. Tony possesses business expertise in an array of industries including telecommunications, manufacturing, automotive and publishing.
Tony spends significant time giving back to the community. In addition to being a long-time volunteer with Scouts Canada, Tony is currently President of the Kiwanis Club of Mississauga and an Advisor to Key Club Mississauga, where he supports youth programs, including specialty Scout camps for youth with Autism.
Executive Assistant to Mark Satov
Orlaith has a varied background in event management and administration. Her previous experience means she brings the skills and expertise necessary to her role as Executive Assistant to Mark Satov. With a passion for organizing, excellent attention to detail and a personable approach, she is a keen team player within the SATOV firm, eager to organize corporate events whilst supporting our marketing efforts. Originally from the Ireland, Orlaith has enjoyed Toronto for the past 7 years and takes every opportunity to travel.
