In 2002 Mark was on the deal team of a large global consultancy working on a transformative merger in specialty manufacturing. Mark left the deal team to form SATOV and to help that client realize identified operational synergies.
The SATOV team then worked with our client over multiple years to integrate and improve operations in everything from rationalizing manufacturing footprints, to reducing SKU complexity and improving customer service.
Since then we have executed over 125 operational engagements for our other clients across a range of industries. We combine the SATOV analytical approach with deep subject matter expertise from specialists on our extended team.
