Alim Bhanji

Senior Consultant

Alim’s project experience includes corporate strategy, operations strategy and marketing optimization. He has worked with various industries including life sciences, telecommunications and private equity. Internally he also supports SATOV’s knowledge management. He has an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He is also a sports and music enthusiast.

Carolyn Stark

Project and Process Lead

Carolyn’s experience includes projects in process improvement, performance management, implementation and sales effectiveness. She has worked with various industries including financial services, telecommunications and sports management. Internally she also supports SATOV’s marketing. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management. She is also an avid horseback rider and continues to coach and compete whenever possible.

Ky Swift

Senior Consultant

Ky’s project experience includes corporate strategy, pricing, and commercial diligence. He has worked in various industries including financial services, telecommunications, and life sciences. Internally he supports SATOV’s private equity practice. He has an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He enjoys playing hockey and tennis in his spare time.

Justin Krieger

Business Relationship Manager, Private Equity

Justin brings a deep customer-centric approach to SATOV, with several years of experience across various roles within the investment industry. His previous experience entails working at a $2B Toronto based asset manager, a hedge fund & private equity focused fund administrator, and a global mutual fund company. Justin holds an LL.B. from the University of Leicester law school and a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario. Outside of work, when Justin isn’t on the ice, he is an active participant in various charitable endeavours.

Jordy Winkler

Senior Analyst

Jordy’s project experience includes corporate strategy, market entry, and private equity due diligence. She has worked with various industries including advertising, consumer goods, and power generation. When Jordy is not working on project work, she is helping develop insights and strategies around product and pricing. Internally, she also supports SATOV’s marketing. Jordy holds an HBA from Ivey Business School. She is passionate about travelling and exploring the world.

Salman Ahmad

Analyst

Salman’s project experience includes commercial due diligence, corporate growth strategy, and loyalty transformation. He has worked across several industries including retail, manufacturing, and power generation. His past work experience entailed working at a telecommunications company and a professional services firm. Salman holds a BBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Outside of work, he enjoys playing various sports, video games, and board games. He also loves watching new shows and movies and has a recently-found passion for travelling.

Matthew McLellan

Analyst

Matthew’s project experience includes corporate strategy, operations strategy and strategic due diligence. He has project experience in several industries including financial services, loyalty services and private equity. He has an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. In his spare time, he enjoys playing squash and hockey. He is also a Settlers of Catan enthusiast.

Maya’s project experience includes corporate growth strategy. She has worked across several industries including financial services, technology and medical services. Internally, she supports SATOV’s research and segmentation practice. Maya has an HBA from Ivey Business School. She is passionate about travelling and learning about different cultures.

Carson Rorai

Analyst Intern

Carson is entering his final year at the Ivey Business School. He has pro-bono consulting experience in various industries, including venture capital and not-for-profit. He also has entrepreneurial experience,  after founding a small business that quickly expanded across Ottawa and Toronto. Carson is passionate about hockey and is an avid music listener.

Tony Copperthwaite

Controller

Tony has been part of the senior management team at SATOV since 2008 and brings over 30 years of senior management and leadership experience to his role as Controller.  Having honed his skills in both multinational corporations and private companies, Tony is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations at SATOV, including finance, accounting, legal, HR and technology.

As an entrepreneurial, results-oriented and dynamic executive, Tony is an invaluable member of the senior management team. With his persuasive, energetic leadership style, he can always be counted on to ‘get it done’. Tony possesses business expertise in an array of industries including telecommunications, manufacturing, automotive and publishing.

Tony spends significant time giving back to the community. In addition to being a long-time volunteer with Scouts Canada, Tony is currently President of the Kiwanis Club of Mississauga and an Advisor to Key Club Mississauga, where he supports youth programs, including specialty Scout camps for youth with Autism.

Angie Dwinnell

Office Administrator & HR Assistant

Angie’s background brings years’ experience in coordinating, planning and supporting daily operational and administrative functions all with great passion and exceptional work ethic. With her team focus attitude and excellent customer service skills she fits in well with the SATOV way.  Angie’s passion is her family but enjoys a great workout at the Pilates gym or bike ride on the Toronto boardwalk.
