A place
to build
a bold
future.

We are intense, fast-moving, and built for people who want to make an impact early. Working here means being part of a close-knit team that tackles complex problems, pushes for better answers, and delivers work that matters.
From day one, you’ll take on real responsibility. We expect you to think critically, speak up, and own your work with both confidence and humility. We look for people with strong points of view and the curiosity to challenge them. We provoke and analyze, but we never assume we have all the answers. Diverse perspectives matter here, and the best ideas win, no matter where they come from.
This is a place for people who are relentless. If the data doesn’t exist, you find a way build it. If the path isn’t clear, you ask the next question. People who thrive here are resourceful, action-oriented, and committed to getting to the right answer. They don’t say “we can’t”, they ask “how can we?” That mindset shows up early and it’s obvious when it’s missing.
We support each other, challenge each other, and believe in each other. We care deeply about doing great work, and we’re proud of the culture we’ve built: one that values grit, humility, follow-through and the drive to keep getting better.
If that sounds like the kind of place you’d thrive, let’s talk.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is different about working at a small firm vs. a big one?
At SATOV, you’ll work in teams of 2-4 with direct access to partners and clients. We don’t allow months of ramp-up; you’ll be contributing meaningfully from day one. You’ll have more visibility, more responsibility, and more opportunity to stretch yourself than you would at a larger firm.
What are the most important skills that you look for in candidates?
We look for people who are relentless not just in finding answers, but in asking better questions. The best candidates think critically, act with integrity, and stay curious under pressure. They’re resourceful, hands-on, and eager to learn by doing. They bring confidence in their thinking and the humility to know it can always be better.
What types of projects/industries will I work on?
As a generalist firm with our work varies and that’s part of what makes it exciting. We work across industries and practice areas, and no two projects are the same. Where possible, we prioritize giving new team members broad exposure across practice areas so they can build range early and grow fast.
How is the work-life balance at SATOV?
We work hard and we’re proud of that. This isn’t a laid-back culture, and it’s not for everyone. But while we bring urgency and intensity to every project, we also know people do their best work when they’re not burnt out. You won’t be staffed 100% of the time, and we’re intentional about protecting recovery time between pushes. We expect a lot, and we look out for each other.
How does SATOV think about diversity in hiring and team culture?
We look for people with strong analytical ability and a track record of academic and professional performance. What matters most is how you think, how you solve problems, and how you work with others. Our leader is a proud and outspoken supporter of diversity in the community but we don’t set any targets or manage to any sort of quota or mix.
We design our hiring process to reduce bias and focus on real potential. That means looking beyond typical profiles and giving candidates a fair, structured opportunity to show how they think.
Once you’re here, your perspective matters. Everyone at SATOV is expected to contribute, challenge ideas, and shape the work regardless of role, background, or experience.
