Adam Kovalcik

Adam is a strategist who thrives at the intersection of data and operations. Since joining SATOV in 2019, he has become a trusted advisor on complex, multi-site challenges where efficiency and performance hinge on both rigorous analysis and practical execution. He holds an HBA from the Ivey Business School and a BESc in Software Engineering from Western University.

He doesn’t just model a business from the “ivory tower of Excel.” Adam walks the floor, asks questions, and listens until he understands how things really work. His curiosity fuels insights others miss.

He engages as confidently with field technicians as with the C-suite, ensuring that solutions work in practice as well as on paper.

He also leads SATOV’s work on helping clients harness AI, identifying where it can accelerate insights and automation, while ensuring that human judgment and interaction remain at the heart of decision-making.

Adam brings expertise in sales force effectiveness, cost optimization, customer service design, and process automation, from working with multi-site building service and industrial businesses including Right Restoration, Service Experts, and Polycor.
