INITIATIVE IDENTIFICATION to uncover and quantify actionable margin drivers informed by analysis and interviews

OPPORTUNITY PRIORITIZATION to evaluate and rank initiatives based on size/impact, time to implement and certainty of return

Results

We diagnosed issues at the branch level and established best practices for processes across the network.

We proposed tactical initiatives that would increase EBITDA margin by ~5%.
